PRESIDENT
Founder & owner of Avant Garde Technology.
8 years in the precious metals exploration business.
Extensive chemical and metallurgical test experience.
Involvement in Business Planning and Development within the mining industry.
Consultant for modular construction and manufacturing sectors.
David Z Strickler Jr.
Finance & Operations
15 years of operational and financial experience in the mining industry.
Partnered with Avant Garde for 3 years serving in various capacities related to project development.
Continue to serve as Director for Ireland, Inc., a mining company based in Esmeralda County, NV.
Managed regulatory permits for State and Federal Agencies.
Served as Chief Financial Officer, developed all financial projections and cash flow forecasting.
Primary interface with external auditors.
Responsible for all 10-K and 10-Q quarterly and annual SEC filings.
Andrew Roberts
Project Management
40 years of commercial and managerial experience in the precious metals industry
Commenced in the industry with 9 years at Johnson Matthey, followed by 25 years with Inspectorate reaching Executive Directorship level. followed by 8 years in the refining and consulting side of the precious metals industry.
Active member and former President of the International Precious Metals Institute.
Extensive experience in corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions.
Ran a global network of high grade and geochemical and exploration laboratories and sampling operations.
Doug Hensen
Project Management
Over 35 years of hands-on experience in metal, minerals, and environmental testing laboratories
Extensive background as a laboratory manager
Expert in the design, construction, and commissioning of state-of-the-art laboratory facilities
Proven track record in developing, streamlining, and optimizing laboratory workflows for maximum efficiency
